Title: Lithuanian Potato Pancakes

Yield: 4 Servings

4 Potatoes grated
1 Egg
1 Onion grated
  Salt (to taste)
1/2cFlour

Mix all ingredients together. Mixture should be about consistency of pancake batter. Put a spoonful in oil, flatten, and fry until golden then turn over.

These are all approximate measurements. I usually just throw it together until it looks right. If mixture becomes too watery, as it is apt to do as it stands, I add more flour.
